The Funeral Service will take place at Northwood Methodist Church, Oaklands Gate, Northwood at 2.00pm on Tuesday April 28th, 2015 followed by cremation at Breakspear Crematorium, Ruislip HA4 7SJ at 3.15pm.  Donations in David's memory may be made via this tribute site or by sending to HAVEN Funeral Services, 58 The Broadway, Joel Street, Northwood Hills HA6 1PA.  After the service everyone is warmly invited to join Wendy and family for refreshments at The Grange, Rickmansworth Road, Northwood HA6 2RB
